A NEW ME!!

so I always wanted to be one of those people who love to work out, not to the obsession extreme but just want to work out without it always being a chore
so last week I decided THIS IS IT I went to the gym on Monday with Diane, she wasn't feeling well so she wanted to go to lunch or just hang out but I was determined...we went to the gym, I walked the dreadmill for 1 mile, rode the bike for 2 miles...not bad right?
The next day I did Zumba with Tracy-yeeeeah, that was exhausting and to hard on my feet
On Wed I did water aerobics with Diane, Deb and Serina-that was FUN and a good work out, my calves were killing for days and it was exhausting
On Thursday I was back on the dreadmill and bike and I did 4 miles-WOOT-YAY ME!!!

I feel like all I can think about is the next workout
I was afraid taking the weekend off was going to cause me to get in a funk again but here it is Monday morning and I'm excited to get there!!!

and I lost 2 lbs-Woot!!!!

WHAD UP BLOGGAS!

ya, my boston is coming out today!!

so I've been getting back in the groove with scrapping!
Scrapchick (www.scrapchicks.com) has this "Get R done" challenge, you say how you want to scrap and stick to it!!!
so I took the challenge and put 3 hours down, I got 3 hours and 35 mins (YAY ME) and 4 LO's
here's what I did
